Karen has more than 20 years' experience working in both health and social care sectors and is currently Principal OT in the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. She is responsible for providing professional support and clinical leadership to OTs involved in complex housing for service users with dementia and learning disabilities. Karen’s special interest is dementia and she is passionate about enabling persons to live well in the community with dementia.
