Laura has been passionate about technology since she was very young. She is a friendly, patient human being, who takes working in the virtual world in her stride. A lot of her free time is spent pouring over the latest tech news and trying out new programmes - Laura is a self-confessed computer geek! Here at Viva Access, she is committed to driving the company forward in terms of technological advancements, troubleshooting and online administrative tasks (e.g. Viva Access is a 100% paperless company). Laura is responsible for ensuring the trainers are up to speed with the latest enhancements in online training techniques - resulting in fun, dynamic and interactive courses.
